I've been a designer full-time for over two decades, and I am now working to fulfill my younger dream of becoming a concept artist. I prefer environments and hard-surface, but I like to try a bit of everything so that I understand the entirety of the pipeline.
I graduated in December 2020 with a Bachelor's in Game Art and Development, Summa Cum Laude, a process I began a couple of years ago in order to help transition my graphic design skills into the gaming and entertainment industries.
• Completion of a comprehensive brand redesign for this mid-sized enterprise software company
• Produce assets in support of global marketing efforts
• Create two major externally facing physical events per year in Europe, the US, and Japan, to include theme and overall appearance, and direct efforts of other staff designers and contractors with combined attendance in the thousands visitors. Rapidly pivoted our 2020 assets to work in an online venue due to COVID
• Assist senior staff in clarifying messaging and company product offerings
• Capabilities evaluation and management of partner agencies and contractors
• Interview and mentor design staff.
Created graphic solutions for clients ranging from toy companies to oil companies, from movie houses to house builders, while filling in as resident copywriter, branding developer, and occasional front end web programmer.
I worked on brand and marketing strategy for this defense contractor, supplying C4i spatial operating environments to the DoD. I also work on UX for the premiere product in their line, Photon, and its DoD implementation, ACES.
