Gun star

I met Lance Guest last week at Giganticon in Austin; he was a really wonderful guy and I got to tell him about how I built a Gunstar cockpit out of an Atari 800 and a BBS downloaded copy of Star Raiders 2 :). While the movie wasn’t a commercial success in its time, it remains a classic and an incredibly important film as a preview of CG animation.

I drew this for him as I waited on my daughter’s cosplay contest to start. She Won!!!!! (Proud dad)
